1. AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are TeleMachus Mentoring (ABN: 36718252577) ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in Western Australia. We operate the website https://www.telemachusmentoring.com.au (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').
Telemachus Mentoring provides professional mentoring, coaching, and educational resources designed to support personal and professional development.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and TeleMachus Mentoring, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Intellectual Property: We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws in Australia and around the world.
Your Use of Our Services: Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). For international clients, payments will be converted to your local currency by Stripe or your financial institution at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued, except as required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., in the event of a major failure of service).
Mentoring and/or Coaching Sessions: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," are non-refundable and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
· Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Services to create or compile a database or directory.
· Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services.
· Engaging in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
· Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users.
· Using the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
· Engaging in any conduct that is defamatory, abusive, or harassing toward the Mentor.
7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Both TeleMachus Mentoring and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Western Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by you to us or $5,000.00 AUD.
10. MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Telemachus Mentoring provides coaching and mentoring services only. We do not provide psychological treatment, medical advice, or clinical counselling. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
Ownership Rights: Our Site and all intellectual property rights in it, including but not limited to any Content and the Telemachus Mentoring name and logo, are owned by us whether trademarked or otherwise. This includes copyright, trademarks, domain names, and design rights, whether registered or unregistered.
Usage Rules: You may download and print off content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use any part of our content for commercial purposes or sell, re-publish, or redistribute the content without our express written permission.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE
As a condition of your use of the Site and our Services, you agree:
Lawful Use. Not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under any applicable law or prohibited by these Terms.
Fraud & Safety. Not to use the Site to commit any act of fraud or to distribute viruses, malware, or other similar harmful software code.
Spam & Phishing. Not to use the Site for promoting unsolicited advertising (spam) or to simulate communications from us (phishing) to collect user data.
System Integrity. Not to use the Site in any manner that disrupts the operation of our business or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our data, systems, or accounts.
Protection of Minors. Not to use the Site in any manner that harms minors.
Endorsement. Not to suggest that we endorse any other business, product, or service without our express written permission.
Recording. Not to record, screen-capture, or redistribute any live mentoring sessions or proprietary digital materials without our express written consent.
13. SERVICE DISCLAIMERS & COMPLIANCE
13.1. No Professional Advice:
Mentoring and coaching services provided by TeleMachus Mentoring are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice. You agree to seek independent professional advice before making significant business or financial commitments.
13.2. Earnings & Results:
We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income levels, or business outcomes. Your success is dependent on your own implementation, effort, and external market variables.
13.3. Client Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions resulting from your mentoring sessions. TeleMachus Mentoring is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the information provided.
13.4. Business Compliance:
TeleMachus Mentoring is a registered Australian business (ABN: 36 718 252 577) and maintains current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance in accordance with Australian industry standards.
